According to the HEC, there is a maximum of one Chapter 2 during the academic career before the last career. Candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 in the 4.0 semester system or in Chapter 18 (annual system) of MS / MPhil / ME / equivalent degree.
The maximum age at the closing date must be full-time full-time teaching staff at public sector universities / colleges and employees of public sector R&D organizations registered with the Science Council and Pakistan Technology (PCST).
